*30-day period begins on the date of purchase. Passes cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. The pass can only be used by the pass holder. The pass can be used once per day only. Get Air will give one pair of jump socks at participating locations. Additional socks must be purchased, although the initial pair of socks can be reused. Get Air reserves the right to alter its business hours or close to the public due to facility rentals, holidays, or other unpredictable/uncontrollable events. Admittance to the park is first come, first served. The pass is not a reservation and does not guarantee admittance to the park at a specific time. Jump Tickets: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Tickets expire three months after the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Get Air jump socks are required. Must sign waiver before participating. All-Day Tickets are not valid during Club Air, Toddler Time, or other special events. Admittance to the park is on a first-come, first-served basis. This ticket purchase is not a reservation and does not guarantee admittance to the park at a specific time. Tickets cannot be used with any other deal, discount or promotion. Valid only for item(s) purchased. Valid only at the location listed. Good one time only. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Void if altered, defaced, copied, reproduced, transferred or sold through any online auction or otherwise.
Memberships: Memberships cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. The membership can only be used by the membership holder and may be used once per day only. Memberships must be activated in-park. The membership term begins on the date it is activated/redeemed at the park, not on the purchase date. Memberships must be activated within 90 days of purchase. Unactivated memberships expire after 90 days and are not eligible for refund, transfer, or extension. Existing memberships may be extended by purchasing and activating a new membership at the same location where the existing membership is active. When activated, the new membership will begin immediately following the end date of the existing active membership. Get Air reserves the right to alter its business hours or close to the public due to facility rentals, holidays, or other unpredictable or uncontrollable events.
